The 2U C246 8L is an enterprise-class 2U rackmount network and storage server based on the Intel C246 chipset. It supports FCLGA1151 platform processors and DDR4 SO-DIMM memory up to 64GB at 2666 MT/s. The front panel provides 8 × Intel I226V 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN ports, 4 × USB-A 3.0 ports, 1 × RJ45 COM console port, and 2 reserved PCIe expansion positions. The system also supports 2 × SATA 6Gb/s, 2 × M.2 Key-M 2280 SSD slots, PCIe x16, PCIe x8, M.2 Key-E, M.2 Key-B, mPCIe, reserved VGA/HD display, and reserved antenna openings. With a 2U rackmount chassis, active cooling, and a 200W AC power supply, it is suitable for enterprise security appliances, multi-port network management, edge computing nodes, industrial automation control, enterprise gateways, and enterprise-class storage applications.
